Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (U.S. orders only).

Custom orders and custom size products are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

If your item arrives with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flashrug.com.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in original or protective packaging.
• Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund.
• Returns are inspected within 14 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (taxes refunded per state laws).
• We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.
• Return requests must be initiated by contacting us before sending the item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for items with:
• Pet hair or dander
• Dirt, stains, or grass marks
• Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
• Physical damage caused after delivery
• Returns sent without prior approval

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Express for fast and reliable delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 7–14 hours to appear online.
