• Shipping & Return Policy

    We want you to love your purchase! For all orders within the contiguous United States, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you can initiate a return process within 30 calendar days of receiving your full order.

    In the event of a product defect from the date of purchase, please email us at support@flashrug.com within 7 days of receipt.

    The returned product(s) will be inspected by our team within 14 working days after reaching our warehouse. All returned products will be thoroughly reviewed and any product(s) returned in a condition that is no longer considered unsaleable will not be returned.

    Items will be refunded provided they are in new condition.

    Taxes will be refunded according to state law and refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.

    For partial refunds, the fee other than the shipping cost will be refunded. By ensuring that the product remains with you, we will refund you a part of the price you paid without dealing with a refund in any way.

    Returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent damage during shipping.

    Return Exclusions:

    Damages caused by the customer; For example, when your product has these issues; Pet dandruff or fur, Dirt or grass stains, Signs of abrasion, washing or improper care, Damage or stains.

    We are not responsible for damages during return shipping and products damaged during return shipping are not eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping Policy

    Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

    All our cargo is sent by Express. All orders are shipped via UPS Express.

    Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the order details and tracking number.

    Keep in mind that it can take up to 7-14 hours for the tracking number to appear online, but you can rest assured that the package is on its way!
