Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (for orders within the United States).
Custom orders and custom size orders are not refundable as they are produced specifically for you!
If your item has a defect or quality issue, please contact us at support@flashrug.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
- Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once received at our warehouse, returns are inspected within 14 business days.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Taxes will be refunded according to state laws.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during return shipping, and such items will not be eligible for refund.
- You can get the return form from our email address support@flashrug.com and you must fill it out, attach it to your return shipment and send it to us by email!
Return Exclusions:
We cannot accept returns on items that have:
- Pet hair or dander
- Dirt, stains, or grass marks
- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Physical damage or visible stains caused after delivery
- Returns sent to the warehouse without contacting us for return
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Express for fast and reliable delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 7–14 hours to appear online.
