Orders

Where can I track my order?

You can check your order status directly using the tracking code attached to your order. Please also check your inbox, because once your order has been shipped, we send your tracking information by email through FedEx, UPS, or another shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by logging into your account. After logging in, head to My Orders and select “Cancel Order.” If you do not already have an account, you can still create one using the same email address you used for your order.

Since our team begins processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes after this 30 minute window.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

If your order has not been processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will send you an update within 24 to 48 hours, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Keeping you informed is very important to us, and we truly appreciate your patience. When will my order be shipped?

Our products are made to order, which means they are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Flashrug products to USA, Canada, UK and European Union countries. To place an order from another country, please contact our Customer Service team at support@flashrug.com and we will help you immediately to place an order.

How much does express shipping cost?

For countries other than the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom and European Union countries, you can contact us at support@flashrug.com address and your shipping price will be updated and reflected to you.

How long does express shipping take?

Our express cargo is delivered to you within 1-3 days.

Do you offer express shipping?

All our cargo is sent by Express.

Where does free shipping apply to?

Express shipping is available to all regions.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

All orders are shipped via UPS Express.

Can I change my shipping carrier?

Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping carrier. The reason is that we are already working with the fastest and safest cargo company.

How do I change my shipping address?

How big is the package my item will be sent in?

The packaging varies according to the size of the carpet and the number of products ordered. However, the maximum size for Small sizes is (0.9x1.1x0.4 ) ft, for Medium sizes the maximum size is (0.7x1.3x0.4 ) ft, for Large sizes the maximum size is (1.3x1.4x0.5) ft.

What is your return policy?

Any product purchased from Flashrug.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can review our detailed return policies.

Does Flashrug offer exchanges?

Yes, we can replace your product.

How do I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange your orders by contacting our Customer Service team at the support@flashrug.com address.

What if I need to return or exchange multiple items?

There is no problem with returning or replacing more than one product.

Why did I receive a partial refund?

For partial refunds, the fee other than the shipping cost will be refunded. By ensuring that the product remains with you, we will refund you a part of the price you paid without dealing with a refund in any way.

Care

How do I wash or clean my Flashrug rug?

You can wash it at 30-40 degrees with sensitive washing programs in the machine. Do not dry clean. Do not use ultra-strong chemicals such as degreasers, emollients, high-dose whiteners or bleach in product cleaning. Do not dry the product in the dryer for longer life.

Is my Flashrug rug machine-washable?

Our products are machine washable.

How do I know if my preferred rug size will fit in my washing machine?

Our carpets are washable and wipeable. That's why you can easily wipe your carpet with a wet cloth.

Will my Outdoor Rug change color after washing or drying?

Our carpets do not change color after being washed or dried. When washing your carpet, please wash it in accordance with the washing instructions.

Do high pile covers shed during the dry cycle?

No, our pile does not fall out. Since our carpets are Chenille Kilim woven, they are lint-free and do not cause hair loss.
